About Jesse
Jesse Tompkins is a Red Seal Master Electrician and owner of FuseSmart Electric, bringing more than 17 years of hands-on electrical experience to homeowners and businesses across Calgary and the surrounding area.
Over the course of his career, Jesse has worked across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects, developing the expertise to handle everything from electrical troubleshooting and panel upgrades to home renovations, EV charger installations, and commercial service work. Before founding FuseSmart Electric, he served as a Team Lead Journeyman Electrician, managing projects from estimate to completion, mentoring apprentices, and working directly with clients to deliver safe, efficient, code-compliant solutions.
In 2024, Jesse founded FuseSmart Electric with a simple goal: to raise the standard for how electrical work is delivered, with a focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and work that’s done properly the first time.
Today, Jesse continues to personally oversee every project to ensure every customer receives the quality workmanship, honest communication, and dependable service that FuseSmart Electric was built on: Electrical done right. People treated right.
